Tattoos by Soren Alexander

Welcome to Lucky Rabbit.

Hello and welcome to my tattoo practice, where I engage with tattooing as a modern ritual of autonomy and somatic transformation. I consider myself a folk artist and antiquarian, keeping folk art traditions alive through manual (handpoke) tattooing.

All bodies welcome

Lucky Rabbit Collective is a safe space for all bodies, and my focus on client-centered care considers the needs of neurodiverse and marginalized individuals. I strive to provide a tattooing experience that is relaxed, gentle, and tailored to each individual.

May we all be transformed.

FAQs

Do you tattoo in colour?

I primarily tattoo in blackwork or black and grey, but I am open to adding pops of colour or colour accents to a design. At this time I do not tattoo full colour pieces.

Do you do guest spots?

I sometimes do guest spots in Montreal and Toronto, with plans to eventually guest in other cities in Canada. I have no plans to guest internationally at this time.

Does handpoke hurt more than machine?

No! Handpoking is much more gentle than machine tattooing and can be a great option for sensitive clients who struggle with machine tattoos.

Where are you located?

I tattoo out of Lucky Rabbit Collective, located in the ByWard Market area of Ottawa, Canada, which is situated on unceded Algonquin and Anishinaabeg land.

Do you do machine tattoos?

Not at the moment, but I plan on returning to machine tattooing soon. I will never stop handpoking entirely, and will always also offer handpoked tattoos in addition to machine.

How do I book with you?
